Emerald Valley Rottweiler Club of Greater Cleveland

The purpose of EVRC shall be to do all possible to bring the natural qualities of the purebred Rottweiler to perfection according to the AKC Breed Standard and our "Code of Ethics".

• To urge members and breeders to accept the Breed Standard as approved by the AKC as the  only  standard of excellence by which Rottweilers shall be judged.
• To maintain the quality and good temperament of the Rottweiler
• To do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials.  To provide information and education material to novice and experienced owners.
• To conduct sanctioned matches and licensed specialty shows and obedience trials under the rules of the American Kennel Club.
